The canalith repositioning maneuver, developed by Dr. John Epley, has proven very successful in relieving and, in many cases, curing BPPV. Here are some articles by prominent otologists and neurotolgists concerning the maneuver. The VertiGONE Goggle allows the maneuver to be performed in the privacy of your own home or any location.
